A group of CCC members went to Stowe on Wednesday where we enjoyed glorious autumn weather. I took my Infrared converted Nikon and my Olympus OM-D E-M1. Stowe gardens are full of temples and grottos as well as ornate bridges over lakes and, of course, the magnificent Stowe House. I returned to the house in the hope of improving on my picture of the wonderful oval dome on the Marble Saloon taken on a visit in August. This time I managed the exposure better but I still need to return with a wider lens to capture the whole dome - (I lay on the floor to the surprise of the guide!) - this is the only indoor shot included here.
I have included a couple of infra red images as they come out of the camera for comparison's sake.
